Letter from the Panhellenic President
Dear Fellow Panhellenic Women and Visitors,
Thank you for taking the time to visit our website! My name is Meg and I am the Panhellenic President. It is my honor to represent the twelve NPC chapters at Virginia Tech.
Our community of women is comprised of over 1,800 individuals of all grade levels and majors. They pride themselves on balancing academics, service, leadership, and social activities in their everyday lives. Our focus on scholarship is very strong. Panhellenic women consistently have a GPA higher than both the All-Undergraduate and All-Female GPA's. Panhellenic women serve our community on local and national levels, participating in a wide variety of philanthropic activities and events. Our women also build leadership skills both within and outside sorority life. Many of them are members of various student and professional organizations. Socially, Panhellenic women take time to build lifelong friendships with their sisters as well as members of other organizations.
Becoming a member of the Panhellenic Community is the perfect way to get involved at Virginia Tech. Joining a sorority not only helps make our large campus seem smaller but offers it’s members a home away from home. The friendships, memories, and connections you make as a result of going Greek will last beyond your college years.
Please take the time to look at our website to learn about all of our chapters and their accomplishments and what we stand for as a Greek community. If you have any questions feel free to contact us at gogreek@vt.edu or call (540) 231-6609. Thank you again for visiting our website!
